My name is Tejanita (TAY-ha-KNEE-tuh) I’m a Christian wife and mother, former preschool teacher and flight attendant, and my passion in supporting mothers and their families as they journey through pregnancy, birth and postpartum has stemmed from my childhood dreams. Capturing the moments for the families I support has become important to me because I personally know how quickly the small, sweet and tender moments of one of the most monumental moments in life can fade from memory. I have documented everything from hospital to home births, vaginal to cesarean, singletons, twins and babies who have passed on. I’m grateful and humbled to be invited into the birth space.
