By signing your name to the signature pad below you do hereby agree that you release IAPBP, birthphotographers.com, and Liz Cook from any liability related to the call for images. We offer this service as a courtesy and are not liable for any agreements entered into by the vendor and photographers who respond to the call for images. IAPBP reserves the right to refuse service to any vendor at any time. IAPBP does not enter into contracts for image use with vendors and you are responsible for doing so with the individual photographer you choose to work with. All contracts, agreements, payments, etc. should be sent directly to the photographer you choose to work with as a result of this call for images. It is the vendor's responsibility to obtain all necessary model releases and permissions from the people who appear in submitted images from the photographer/client.(Required)
